The previous owner hardly ever used this buffer before he lost his cleaning account.  his loss-your gain!  This machine is practically brand new and in outstanding condition! 

This buffer simply plugs into any regular 110v wall outlet. 

The pad spins at 1500-2000 RPM’s depending on the buffing pad you have on. 

We also have boxes of the buffing pads if you need them.
